Job Overview

As Client Service Associate – Printing Sales at Twenty4 Company you will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing orders and driving sales from our company. In this position you will involve assisting walkin clients and responding to phone and email inquiries by ensuring good customer experience while promoting our printing services.

 

POSITION: Client Service Associate – Printing Sales

Location: Dar es Salaam

Job Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement and Sales

  • As sellected  candidate at Twenty4 Company you will be required to greet and assist walk-in clients while responding to inbound inquiries.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to understand customer needs and recommend on the best printing solutions.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to prepare and present price quotations.
  • As sellected  candidate at Twenty4 Company you will be required to Upsell and cross-selling of printing  products.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

2. Order Processing and Coordination

  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to accurately record customer orders and specifications.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to coordinate with the production team so that to ensure timely and high quality service.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to keep clients updated on their order status.
  • As sellected candidate at Twenty4 Company you will be required to resolve any order related issues including payments and deliveries.

3. Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to maintain a professional and courteous approach when assisting customers.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to make follow up on customers an ensure their satisfaction.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to build lasting relationships with returning customers so that to encourage on loyalty.
  • As sellected candidate at Twenty4 Company you will be required to address complaints and submit complex issues to the Sales Manager.

4. Administrative and Reporting Duties

  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to keep records accurate during sales and customer interactions.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to maintain and update the sales database with client information.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to track sales performance against set targets.

5. Marketing and Promotions Support

  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to assist in the executing of in house promotional activities.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to distribute marketing materials and provide information about new services.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to collaborate with the marketing team so that to implement sales campaigns.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to collect and relay on customer feedback so that to enhance product offerings and promotions.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate with Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related
  • Candidate with 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and customer service role.
  • Candidate with strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Candidate who is good in Microsoft Office packages suvh as Excel, Word and CRM/POS systems.
  • Candidate with  the ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries.
  • Candidate with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Candidate with problem solving skills

  • Candidate with understanding of printing processes and related products.
