Duties and Responsibilities
Leading Clearing and Forwarding team to meet KPIs
Submitting monthly financial reports by the 1st of each month
Assigning shipments within 24 hours
Ensuring all client queries are responded within 24 hours.
Monitoring and managing transit transactions.
Qualifications
Good in leadership and team management
Customer oriented and problem solving skills
Good communication skills
