Job Purpose

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with the Engineer and Procurement.
As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure there are no grounds for EPC time extensions or cost variations.
As sellected candidate you will be required to analyze plant and resource availability in coordination with Project Service Specialist.
As sellected candidate you will be required to evaluate the execution of earthworks, mass concrete, piling, civils and building projects by identifying risks and variances.
Ensure all construction activities align with international quality standards and Employer’s Requirements as per the contract.
Track and oversee witness and hold point activities, ensuring timely resource mobilization.
Review concrete strength test results and recommend corrective actions for non-conformances.
Ensure building construction meets the Employer’s quality expectations, with special attention to stormwater drainage, effluent, and rainwater runoff systems.
Supervise the construction of wastewater, effluent, and sewerage systems to guarantee long-term functionality.
Oversee the installation of the molasses bladder, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and timely completion.
Ensure safety standards for work at heights comply with Employer’s SHERQ policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or Project Management.
3 to 5+ years of working experience in mass concrete, piling, building and large-scale structural projects.
Proven experience in managing large-scale EPC projects.
Strong ability to interpret execution schedules and allocate plant and personnel resources accordingly.
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

Employment Terms

This position is offered on a Fixed-Term Contract.
