Job Opportunity: Chef
Altezza Travelling Limited is seeking a skilled, qualified, and experienced Tanzanian to join our team as a Chef. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about culinary excellence and committed to maintaining high standards in food preparation and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to the restaurant’s menu.
- Develop menu suggestions and meal plans.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, sanitary, and safe, including regular cleaning of kitchenware and utensils.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the hotel manager promptly.
- Manage food supplies efficiently by coordinating with storekeepers to ensure necessary stock is available at all times.
- Adhere to all sanitary and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing before food preparation.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- Certificate in Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising junior chefs.
- Ability to work within budget constraints.
