As a CFS Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring seamless cargo handling, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee Daily CFS Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient yard operations, including cargo handling and container management.
✔ Customer-Centric Approach: Deliver top-tier service while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
✔ Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce Maersk’s health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
✔ Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders.
✔ Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster teamwork, set performance targets for staff, and encourage interdepartmental alignment.
✔ Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset records and optimize equipment usage (e.g., reach stackers, forklifts, and other machinery).
✔ Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with both internal and external partners to drive business growth.
✔ Staff Training & Development: Conduct operational training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
✔ Operational Data Management: Ensure timely and accurate data entry into relevant systems (LOGSTAR, IFS, SOPs).
✔ Stock Control & Reconciliation: Conduct regular container stock checks, ensuring accurate reconciliation of physical and system records.
✔ Incident Reporting & Problem-Solving: Promptly address and escalate operational challenges to site management.
✔ KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
✔ Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to IMS (HSSE Policies and Standards) and continuously enhance operational procedures.
✔ Shift & Staff Coordination: Plan shifts, assign tasks, and oversee smooth handovers between teams.

What You Need to Succeed

🔹 Experience: At least 5+ years of experience managing terminal or freight station operations.
🔹 Cargo Handling Expertise: Strong background in cargo reception, terminal operations, and customs clearance.
🔹 Process Knowledge: Familiarity with terminal procedures, cargo handling protocols, and industry regulations.
🔹 Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to align operations with business goals and meet key targets.
🔹 Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
