At Suka Ride Tanzania we are looking for a Call Center Agent to join their working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.  As Sellected candidate you will provide top notch customer support and ensure smooth communication between drivers and passengers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ As sellected candidate you will be required to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
✅ As sellected candidate you will be required to assist drivers and passengers in case of inquiries and issues
✅ As sellected candidate you will be required to deliver outstanding customer service and while maintaining high satisfaction rates
✅ As sellected candidate you will be required to record and report all call data so that to improve on service quality

Qualifications:

✔ Candidate with strong communication and problem solving skills
✔ Candidate with previous experience as a call center or customer service role
✔ Candidate with ability to multitask and work under pressure
✔ Candidate with fluent in Swahili and English language

Contract Terms:

📜 This contract will take 3 to 6 months but contract extension will be based on your performance
