About the Role
Borah Brand is looking for a passionate and experienced Female Business Supervisor to manage our clothing, bags, and beauty products division. This role requires strong leadership skills, social media expertise, and the ability to drive sales both online and offline. If you have experience in fashion business management and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Growth: Identify and engage potential customers both online and offline.
- Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are maintained and products are well-organized.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage content creation and scheduling.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Run paid advertisements to boost sales.
- Build and manage an online community to enhance brand engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Provide excellent service and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to improve sales.
