Education: BSc in Actuarial Sciences, BSc in Mathematics, or a related field.

Develop and implement Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience strategies to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
Design and execute customer retention, win-back, and loyalty programs to strengthen engagement.
Generate CVM reports to track key performance indicators and inform business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven insights and solutions.

Develop data analytics programs to profile customer behavior and predict trends.
Create churn prediction models to identify at-risk customers and improve retention.
Analyze customer satisfaction trends and recommend improvement strategies.
Design and implement revenue-boosting initiatives focused on customer retention and loyalty.
Provide product recommendations and define business requirements to maximize revenue growth.
Prepare daily performance reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
Identify and develop customer-centric initiatives to enhance engagement and lifecycle management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Value Management (CVM) within telecommunications or Pay TV (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong commercial acumen, numerical skills, and the ability to interpret financial and market data.
Proven track record of developing strategic CVM initiatives and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior management.
