Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze business data from multiple sources to evaluate performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Reporting: Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track business performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
KPI Management: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
Business Insights: Work closely with senior management and department heads to provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making.
Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term business strategies.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process improvements to increase profitability and operational effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across finance, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistency in business performance metrics.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks affecting business performance and propose mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Presentations: Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business performance analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of business performance metrics, financial analysis, and reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
