Who We Are!

Africa is home to the world’s youngest and fastest-growing population. By 2035, more young people will enter the global workforce from Africa each year than from the rest of the world combined.

At Educate!, we are passionate about impact. We use innovative learning methods to create scalable youth employment solutions that help unlock the potential of Africa’s next generation.

What We Do

Educate! empowers young people in Africa with the skills they need to succeed in today’s economy. Our approach includes:

• Introducing an employment-focused subject into secondary schools to equip students with practical skills for the job market.
• Providing livelihood boot camps for out-of-school youth, with a special focus on marginalized rural girls and young women.

So far, we have positively impacted over 500,000 young people in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania. Through our work, we have grown to become the largest youth employment and skills provider in East Africa.

Educate! is powered by a dedicated team of over 300 African staff members and 300 volunteer youth mentors. We strive to create a dynamic, fulfilling, and growth-oriented work environment.

Educate!, an award-winning social enterprise, is offering a transformational training program for 40 high-potential individuals.

If you are a passionate graduate or professional looking to build a meaningful career in social entrepreneurship, this 3-week immersive training is for you!

What You’ll Learn:

28 of the top participants will be offered immediate job opportunities after completing the training.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Commitment to a 3-week training in Dar es Salaam.
• Experience mentoring teachers and secondary school students.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Must be 35 years old or younger.
