POSITION: Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As Sellected candidate as Business Development Manager at Hillside Real Estate Company Limited, you will be required to:

  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis – You will be required to stay updated with industry trends by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Generate Leads – You will be required to proactively find new potential clients including investors.
  • Build & Maintain Client Relationships – You will be required to create trust based connections with clients and partners.
  • Develop Business Proposals – As sellected candidate you will be required to create proposals basing on clients needs.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations – You will be requred to show the company real estate offerings to clients
  • Negotiate and Close Deals – As Sellected candidate at Hillside Real Estate Company Limited you will handle all negotiations contracts
  • Manage Accounts and Reporting – You will be required to track all performance including maintaining business units
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships – You will collaborate with company key stakeholders so that to expand market presence.
