We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability at one of our key branches. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for leadership and business growth, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

Drive branch sales performance by setting and achieving monthly and annual targets.
Conduct daily sales reviews, ensuring the team meets their objectives.
Plan and execute route visits to maintain strong customer relationships.
Oversee cash and credit sales, ensuring all payments are collected within the required timeframe.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective promotional activities.

2. Operations & Logistics

Ensure efficient stock management at the branch warehouse.
Maintain operational efficiency by supervising fleet management and sales team logistics.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and finance.

3. Financial & Budget Management

Maintain full accountability for branch budget management and cost control.
Ensure all approved credit transactions are well managed and recorded.
Oversee daily banking and cash flow management for the branch.

4. Team Leadership & Development

Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performance team.
Conduct performance reviews and create growth opportunities for employees.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture with strong accountability.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

✅ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in branch management, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, production, or processing industries.
✅ Strong commercial and financial acumen with a deep understanding of business operations.
✅ Knowledge of consumer goods industry trends, distribution channels, and market strategies.
