Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieving retail and SME sales targets for the branch.
- Overseing branch operations and supporting staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Leading marketing and business development efforts to grow the branch portfolio.
- Monitoring cost effectiveness and ensuring timely reporting.
- Collaborating with Head Office and Operations to maintain smooth branch functionality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or Marketing, Master’s degree is added advantage.
- Five years of working experience in Banking sector while three years in managerial position
- Good communication skills
