Key Responsibilities:
As a Board Director, your role will include:
✔ Defining and Upholding the DSE’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values – Ensuring alignment with industry best practices and market growth strategies.
✔ Strategic Planning & Implementation – Developing, promoting, and overseeing the execution of DSE’s long-term objectives.
✔ Governance & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to corporate governance principles, ethical codes, and all regulatory requirements.
✔ Policy Development & Oversight – Establishing and monitoring policies and procedures for effective corporate stewardship.
✔ Operational Oversight – Maintaining strategic supervision over DSE’s operations to ensure efficiency and prudent financial management.
✔ Leadership & Performance Evaluation – Selecting, supporting, and evaluating the performance of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior management.
✔ Board Effectiveness – Contributing to a high-performing Board through active engagement and accountability.
Who Should Apply?
To be eligible for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
✅ Academic Qualifications: Hold a degree in Business Administration, Law, ICT, Economics, Commerce, or a related field, complemented by strong business acumen.
✅ Experience: Possess at least 10 years of experience in financial markets, demonstrating a proven track record in policy advocacy and governance.
✅ Integrity & Ethics: Exhibit high moral standards, ethical conduct, and a commitment to corporate governance best practices.
✅ Reputation & Compliance: Have no history of criminal offenses or bankruptcy.
