Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee bar operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train bartenders and bar staff.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the bar is fully stocked.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of drink quality and bar cleanliness.
- Assist in budgeting, sales tracking, and promotions.
