Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing and managing shipping documents
- Updating and maintaining records using Excel or other software
- Organising physical and digital files
- Responding to customer inquiries

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma
- One year of working experience in similar position
