📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Increase newspaper circulation & subscriptions – Boost print and e-paper sales in your assigned region.
✔️ Advertiser outreach – Identify and secure new advertising clients for both print and digital platforms.
✔️ Client relationship management – Build and maintain strong connections with vendors, agents, and corporate clients.
✔️ Market research & sales strategy – Identify trends and opportunities to maximize revenue.
✔️ Payment collection & record keeping – Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate sales records.
✔️ Team collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to implement sales and promotional strategies.
✔️ Reporting & insights – Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and recommendations.

🎯 Who Can Apply? (Qualifications & Skills)

🔹 Residency: Must be based in Mbeya, Iringa, Morogoro, Tanga, or Mwanza.
🔹 Education: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 Experience: Prior experience in sales and marketing, especially in the media industry, is an added advantage.
🔹 Skills Required:
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✔️ High level of integrity and professionalism.
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Office & digital sales tools.
