Position: Assistant Manager – Reservations

Job Summary

As sellected Assistant Manager – Reservations at Planet Lodges you will work in supporting the Reservations Manager in the managment of the hotel bookings system through ensuring efficient room availability and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

✅ Reservation Management – As Sellected candidate at Planet Lodges you will be required to monitor and analyze booking trends
✅ Guest Communication – As Sellected candidate you will be required to address and resolve reservation related inquiries by ensuring exceptional customer service.
✅ Reporting and Analysis – As Sellected candidate you will be required to generate reports basing on guest trends so that to support strategic decision making.
✅ Team Leadership – As Sellected candidate at Planet Lodges you will be required to supervise and mentor team of reservation officers.
✅ Cross-Department Collaboration – As Sellected candidate you will be required to work closely with the front desk, housekeeping and sales teams so that to ensure seamless guest experiences.
✅ Compliance and Data Protection – As Sellected candidate you will be required to ensure the operations adhere to the hotel policies

Qualifications

✔️ Education: Candidate with Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
✔️ Experience: Candidate with 2 to 4 years of working experience in hotel reservations or front desk role
✔️ Skills: Strong problem solving skills
✔️ Tech Knowledge:Candidate with with knowledge of Res Request System is added advantage
