Job Overview

TIA is seeking three Assistant Lecturers in Marketing to join its academic team. The ideal candidates should have strong academic qualifications and a passion for teaching, research, and consultancy in the field of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare learning materials for practical and tutorial exercises.
✔ Conduct lectures, research, case studies, and seminars.
✔ Provide consultancy and community services under supervision.
✔ Collaborate with senior faculty members on research and consultancy projects.
✔ Supervise students’ academic projects and dissertations.
✔ Participate in departmental activities, meetings, and academic events.
✔ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Master’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Business Administration (Marketing)
• Marketing and Public Relations
• Any other relevant field
  ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  ✅ Master’s Degree GPA of at least 3.8.
  ✅ Strong teaching and research skills.
  ✅ Experience in consultancy and community services is an added advantage.

Remuneration

💰 Salary Scale: PHTS 2.1
