About the Role

C.Steinweg Bridge is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Assistant IT Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support and services, including network management, computer hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software components for office computers and other IT devices.
  • Conduct regular system checks in offices and terminals to ensure smooth operation of networks, computers, and IT systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting computer-related issues and offering solutions.
  • Maintain an inventory of office computers, including specifications and purchase records.
  • Track and document IT repairs, maintenance, and network system updates.
  • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on IT operations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company IT policies and security protocols.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, hardware systems, and networking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
