Your Roles and Responsibilities
As Sellected candidate in the position of Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will:
- Leading and Managing the Housekeeping Team: in this you will oversee the everyday work so that to maintain highest cleanliness
- Organizing and Planing Work Schedules: You will prepare monthly rosters including working together with senior supervisors and floor supervisors
- Training and Guiding New Team Members: You will provide onboarding and on-going support so that to ensure efficiency a consistency
- Monitoring and Improving Cleaning Standards: You will monitor and ensure availability of cleaning Materials and equipments
What We’re Looking For
- Education and Experience: Degree holder with experience in hospitality in a similar position
- Leadership Abilities: You have strong people management skills
- Problem Solving Skills: you can think critically and make solutions
- Excellent Communication: you are good in English language other languages is added advantage
