Duties and Responsibilities
Leading and development of food and beverage team
Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and hospitality.
Collaborating with culinary leaders to design creative menus and wine lists.
Monitoring service quality and implement ongoing training programs.
Supporting the Lodge’s guest relations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a leader in hospitality
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
