Role Overview
As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring targets are met. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to implement strategic sales plans while managing customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.
✔ Identify and acquire new business opportunities, ensuring market penetration and brand visibility.
✔ Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
✔ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
✔ Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and regional market conditions.
✔ Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
✔ Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for sales agents to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education & Background:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
💡 Skills & Competencies:
✔ At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Telecom or Banking.
✔ Strong understanding of the mobile money market and industry trends.
✔ Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
✔ Self-driven, energetic, and resourceful with strong leadership capabilities.
✔ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
