Duties and Responsibilities
Leading day-to-day field activities and setting performance goals.
Representing AzamPesa regionally and managing relationships with partners
Supervising field teams to resolve issues and ensuring proper distribution of branding materials and equipment.
Monitoring and guiding sales teams through regular check in and reviews.
