We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Revenue Analyst Support to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient revenue management, system support, and operational accuracy while enhancing overall airline performance.
Job Overview
As an Apprentice Revenue Analyst Support, you will be responsible for supporting Revenue Management and Reservation System users, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing revenue opportunities. Your role will involve system troubleshooting, schedule updates, operational revenue assurance, e-ticketing support, and cost reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Crane System & Distribution Support
✔ Act as a help desk for the Crane System, resolving errors efficiently.
✔ Create and update seasonal and ad hoc flight schedules for Precision Air and code-share partners.
✔ Maintain inventory templates, city pairs, and office profiles to ensure seamless flight operations.
✔ Ensure accurate display of flight information, including equipment, flight times, and routing.
2. Operational Revenue Assurance
✔ Process passenger booking requests, special service requests, and error queues to maintain high customer service standards.
✔ Reconcile planned vs. actual flight schedules and make necessary adjustments.
✔ Handle flight disruptions, communicate rerouting options, and provide disruption reports.
✔ Optimize flight steering and clean up inventory to minimize no-shows, overbookings, offloads, and denied boarding incidents.
✔ Support Traffic Forecasting & Evaluation (TFE) by sending performance signals and frequency review reports.
3. E-Ticketing Operations & Support
✔ Provide technical support related to E-tickets and electronic documents for smooth customer service.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to ensure best E-ticketing practices are followed.
✔ Identify and escalate fraud attempts to the relevant teams.
✔ Implement IATA-compliant E-ticketing strategies and train users on standard ticketing procedures.
4. Cost Optimization & Compliance
✔ Ensure all flights are correctly closed (Post Departure – PD) to prevent revenue loss.
✔ Verify that all tickets are boarded at both online and offline stations.
✔ Cross-check and confirm that the correct flight sectors are uplifted.
Performance Indicators
✔ Timely resolution of system errors and escalation when necessary.
✔ Accurate and up-to-date flight schedule information displayed in the Crane System.
✔ Effective handling of disruptions to minimize customer impact.
✔ Reduction in wastage and unnecessary Global Distribution System (GDS) costs.
✔ Achievement of Revenue Management team targets, including Yield, Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer (RASK), Cabin Factor, and Overall Revenues.

Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education & Certification:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
✔ IATA certification is an added advantage.
💡 Skills & Experience:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
✔ Hands-on experience with Crane System.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
