We are hiring on behalf of a leading telecommunications company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Airtel Money Business Support Officer to join their team.
Job Overview
The Airtel Money Business Support Officer will be responsible for acquiring and managing business partners who utilize Airtel Money’s disbursement and collection accounts. This role requires strong sales execution, relationship management, and negotiation skills to ensure successful onboarding and continuous transaction activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Acquisition & Onboarding
✔ Identify, pitch, and onboard business partners for Airtel Money’s disbursement and collection accounts.
✔ Ensure a seamless onboarding process and quick account activation.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
✔ Achieve assigned sales targets for account activation and transaction volume.
✔ Drive active usage of Airtel Money services from the moment an account is created.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation
✔ Conduct market research to identify potential business partners.
✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to drive business growth.
4. Relationship Management
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
✔ Ensure long-term engagement and retention of business partners.
5. Product Education & Training
✔ Educate partners on Airtel Money’s features, benefits, and functionalities.
✔ Provide ongoing support to help businesses maximize their use of Airtel Money.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
✔ Monitor account activity to ensure early-stage transactions and revenue growth.
✔ Provide daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports on acquisition progress and transaction volumes.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
✔ Work closely with Product Development, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to enhance partner experience and service efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
✔ Successful migration of business partners to the Airtel Money Enterprise Biller Portal.
✔ Proactive problem-solving to address project delivery challenges.
✔ Timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and project review reports.

Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education & Background:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
💼 Experience:
✔ Minimum 3+ years in key account management, business development, or sales.
✔ Preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
✔ Strong understanding of application development, APIs, and integration processes.
✔ Knowledge of database systems and mobile money operations.
