As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Agricultural Extension Officer to join our team.
Position: Agricultural Extension Officer
Location: Morogoro
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Job Overview
The Agricultural Extension Officer will be responsible for providing technical support and advisory services to farmers, helping them improve productivity, adopt modern agricultural techniques, and comply with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide agricultural extension services and education to farmers to enhance productivity.
- Assist farmers in making informed decisions to increase crop yields and improve farming efficiency.
- Offer guidance on cost-effective farming equipment and techniques.
- Ensure farmers comply with industry regulations and crop production standards.
- Provide advice on crop quality control and best farming practices.
- Promote sustainable and innovative farming methods for improved output.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a reputable organization.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Kiswahili.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to agricultural extension work.
