Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and managing business relationships with agencies and brokers.
• Identifying new markets, generating leads and driving product sales.
• Setting and achieving individual sales targets through strategic planning.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Representing the company in meetings
• Promoting and implementing Jubilee’s values and standards

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related
• Insurance qualifications such as Diploma in Insurance is required.
• 3 years of working experience in sales preferably in insurance company
• Good communication skills
