Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team in Tanzania. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage administrative tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations. The position involves overseeing household budgets, coordinating social events, and handling travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary household supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the interior space, ensuring a well-organized and welcoming environment.
• Keep track of all furnishings and equipment, arranging replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with staff members to ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish.
• Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance personnel to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as an Administrative Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant training and certifications in administration or a related field.
