As sellected candidate at Compassion International you will be required play a crucial role in analyzing and managing financial resources so that providing insights into how Financially Controlled Projects and you will involve supporting various internal and external stakeholders in areas such as field accounting, accounts payable and fixed assets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: As sellected candidate at Compassion International you will be required to review monthly financial reports so that toensure accuracy.
• Transaction Management: As sellected candidate you will be required to analyze financial transactions
• Payments Coordination: As sellected candidate you will be required to manage payments, vendors, donors and brokers
• Audits and Reporting: As sellected candidate at Compassion International you will be required to assist in monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Ledger Management: As sellected candidate you will be required to record journal entries based on financial data.
• Compliance and Best Practices: As sellected candidate you will be required to provide training, policy clarification and feedback to the internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or  related.
• Experience: Candidate with working experience in financial reporting, accounting, procurement processes or internal auditing.
• Certifications: CPI or ACC certification is added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software
