1. Assistant Lecturers (Multiple Positions)
Available Positions:
- Assistant Lecturer in Procurement and Supply Chain Management – 1 position
- Assistant Lecturer in Kiswahili – 1 position
- Assistant Lecturer in Human Resource Management – 1 position
- Assistant Lecturer in Literature – 1 position
- Assistant Lecturer in Linguistics – 1 position
Reporting To: Deputy Principal of Academic Affairs
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 4.0
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Prepare, moderate, invigilate, and mark examinations
- Conduct research, consultancy work, and publish scholarly articles
- Organize and participate in academic workshops, conferences, and seminars
- Support and promote AMUCTA’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Perform other duties assigned by university management
2. IT Programmer – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3. Librarian – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity, innovation, and a team-oriented mindset
- High integrity, maturity, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Leadership skills and adaptability to a multicultural environment
