Job Overview
Dangote is looking for six dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sellers to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and gathering valuable market insights to support the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Understand client needs and provide relevant product information to help shape sales strategies.
- Qualify leads and forward them to the sales team for follow-ups and deal closures.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and calls between prospects and the sales team.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handover of potential clients.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.
- Track lead generation activities and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Assist in organizing sales events, presentations, and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Gather feedback from potential customers and relay insights to the sales and marketing teams for process improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the company’s products and market trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to sales success.
