Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to grow your career in the steel industry? Dongfang Steel Group Limited, a leading manufacturer of rebar and wire rod in Tanzania, is expanding its team! We are seeking five (5) Sales Representatives to help us drive market growth and strengthen our customer relationships.

With an annual production capacity of 500,000 MT, we manufacture high-quality rebars (8mm to 32mm) meeting BS500 standards and wire rods (5.5mm to 6.5mm) under SAE1008 standards. Our production operations are set to commence in March 2025.

Sales Representative (5 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Gather and analyze market trends to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
✅ Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
✅ Coordinate timely product delivery and follow up on client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
✔ Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in steel or construction materials.
✔ Willingness to travel frequently across Tanzania and neighboring countries.
✔ Self-motivated, disciplined, and excellent communication skills.
