1. Contact Centre Trainer (Fixed Term – 3 Years)

Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose:
The Contact Centre Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure Contact Centre staff are well-equipped to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct onboarding training programs for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain training materials aligned with banking products, services, and policies.
  • Provide coaching and refresher training to enhance customer service skills.
  • Analyze performance data to identify training needs and improvements.
  • Work closely with managers to implement targeted training strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or contact center training.
  • Certification in Training or Coaching is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Contact Centre Trainer.

2. Manager; Trade Operations

  • Manage trade finance transactions, including Export/Import Letters of Credit and Documentary Collection.
  • Support business units in implementing trade finance solutions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
