Position Objective

As selllected Relationship Officer II you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships while driving sales of banking products including identifying of new business opportunities that will be as a result to customer satisfaction while achieving of sales targets through effective customer engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: As sellected candidate you will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.
Sales and Business Growth: As sellected candidate you will be required to promote and sell the bank products such as loans and deposit accounts so that to achieve branch sales targets.
Customer Service: As sellected candidate you will be required address customer inquiries by resolving complaints and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
Loan Portfolio Management: As sellected candidate you will be required grow and maintain a high quality loan portfolio by evaluating applications and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines.
Deposit Mobilization: As sellected candidate you will be required to implement strategies that will attract new deposits and meet budgetary goals.
Compliance and Risk Management: As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
Market Research and Networking: As sellected candidate you will be required to stay updated on industry trends by conducting institutional visits and engage with potential customers at corporate, social and business events.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring: As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain accurate records of sales activities by preparing reports and supporting the branch manager in achieving branch objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Candidate with Bachelor degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship or related.
Banking Knowledge: Candidate with strong understanding of banking operations, financial markets and loan products in Tanzania.
Sales and Customer Service: Candidate with proven ability to engage new customers, building relationships and driving sales.
Technical Skills: Candidatewho is good in MS Office packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Candidate with ability to assess financial risks, analyze market trends and provide sound for recommendations.

Personal Attributes and Core Competencies

Candidate with strong business acumen ane results driven mindset.
Candidate with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
