Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute strategic sales and marketing plans within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers at points of sale.
• Train, guide, and support sales teams to enhance performance.
• Analyze and review weekly sales data to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and oversee channel promotion strategies to boost sales.
• Conduct monthly sales review meetings to track progress and set targets.
• Support and promote Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives in your area.
• Contribute to branding campaigns to strengthen Yas Tanzania’s presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent negotiation skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Cultural awareness and capability to work in diverse communities.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and support management teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
