Job Description
As a Technical Staff member at Halotel, you will be responsible for ensuring site safety, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Safety and Maintenance
- Ensure the site is secure by setting up locks for the fence, machine room, fuel tank, and generator.
- Maintain cleanliness inside the machine room, on fans, and on equipment surfaces.
- Inspect and address all site alarms in coordination with the NOC team, including:
- Generator operation
- Low battery and rectifier failures
- Power failures and high temperatures
- Door openings and low fuel levels
- Configure parameters as per company regulations.
- Optimize battery banks by conducting routine tests and detecting potential issues.
- Perform generator maintenance, including oil changes and filter replacements (fuel, oil, air).
- Protect antenna mast and container house bolts by applying grease.
- Inspect container house structure to ensure stability, waterproofing, and rust prevention.
2. Cable Route Safety and Stability
- Regularly patrol and clean cable routes.
- Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate the transmission network’s integrity.
3. Fuel Refueling and Handover
- Organize and collaborate with partners for refueling operations.
- Work with the Technical and NOC departments to monitor generator performance.
4. Troubleshooting and Emergency Response
- Address power outages affecting large areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cable breakages.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
- Candidates with at least one year of management experience are highly preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Proficiency in relevant software for technical operations.
Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day
