1. Sales and Reservations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information to customers regarding hotel reservations, flights, and travel services.
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, availability, and accommodations.
  • Process bookings and payments, ensuring customers receive confirmation details.
  • Maintain customer accounts and update reservation records as needed.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and special offers to assist customers better.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Assist clients upon arrival and departure to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Manage filing and administrative tasks related to reservations.
  • Oversee and monitor stock levels related to reservations and guest services.

Requirements:

✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
✔ Proficiency in both English and Swahili (written and spoken).
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ A degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related studies).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat) for cooking.

  • Ensure attractive presentation of meals before serving.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.

  • Prepare food in line with hotel menus and guest preferences.
  • Assist in food preparation before guests arrive.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
