About the Role

At Ab InBev Tanzania we are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our working team and play a key role in materials handling to work in Mbeya Tanzania. As a Sellected individual your responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient loading, unloading and stacking of materials through maintaining inventory accuracy.

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Efficient Fleet Management

• As sellected candidate  at Ab InBev you will perform pre-shift inspections by using the forklift inspection checklist so that ensure safety and functionality.
• You will be required to operate, clean and maintaining forklifts so that to ensure optimal performance.
• You will monitor fuel and fluid levels so that to ensuring they remain at safe operating standards.

Commitment to Safety & Compliance

• As Sellected candidate you will be required to follow department Labour stacking regulations.
• You will be required to maintain high housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles.
• You will require to use a designated personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• You will adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including Good Operating Practices (GOPs).

Stock Quality and Inventory Management

• You will implement stock rotation principles so that to maintain product quality.
• As Sellected candidate you will conduct packaging quality checks on the warehouse floor.
• You will ensure accurate inventory control and ensure they comply with governance policies.
• You will participate in shift handovers so that to maintain operational continuity.
• You will perform daily stock counts by the aid of handheld device so that to generate variance reports that will resolve any found discrepancies.
