1️⃣ Program Manager
📍 Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
📌 Reports to: Executive Director
👥 Positions Available: 1
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of TLS programs.
✔️ Oversee professional development, legal advocacy, compliance, and ethics initiatives.
✔️ Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support TLS programs.
✔️ Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, judiciary, parliament, and donors.
✔️ Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in program execution.
✔️ Supervise program officers and contribute to TLS’s strategic direction.
Qualifications & Competencies:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 5 years in program management, legal services, or a related role.
🔹 Skills Required:
✔️ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
✔️ Proven ability to mobilize resources and manage donor-funded programs.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
2️⃣ Assistant Accountant (Accounts Payable)
📍 Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
📌 Reports to: Senior Accountant
👥 Positions Available: 1
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Ensure compliance with TLS financial policies and procedures.
✔️ Review payable documents for accuracy and completeness before processing payments.
✔️ Process supplier payments in a timely manner, ensuring reconciliation with invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
✔️ Monitor expenditures to maintain adherence to authorized levels.
✔️ Maintain and reconcile petty cash, ensuring alignment with financial policies.
✔️ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and expenditure reports.
✔️ Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.

Qualifications & Competencies:
