1. Chief Accountant (1 Position)

Role Overview:
As sellected candidate you will be required to report to the General Manager through which you will be required to oversee financial management including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will  will be required to supervise the accounts department and oversee financial transactions.
• You will be leading the budgeting process and prepare financial reports.
• Providing financial advice to the management and the Board.
• You will ensure timely submission of statutory returns and tax compliance.
• Implementing cost control measures so that to optimize financial resources.
• You will be required to establish and maintain internal financial controls.
• Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidate with Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related.
• Professional certification such as CPA (T), ACCA or CFA.
• Candidate with at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Candidate with strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Candidate with knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Candidate with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

2. Internal Auditor (1 Position)

Role Overview:
as sellected candidate you will report to the Board of Directors including internal Auditor that assess internal controls, financial reporting and corporate governance so that to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will evaluate the financial and non financial internal controls.
• You will be required to ensure compliance with co-operative regulations and legal requirements.
• Providing recommendations so that to enhance operational efficiency.
• You will be required to assist in the implementation of external audit.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidate with Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
• Candidate with CPA (T) or ACCA certification will be added advantage
• You have minimum of three years of audit experience.
• Candidate with strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Candidate with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
