Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank Limited (TADB Bank) is a government-owned Development Finance Institution operating under the Ministry of Finance. The bank is registered under the Companies Act of 2002 and operates in accordance with the Banking and Financial Institutions Act No. 5 of 2006, as well as the Banking and Financial Institutions (Development Finance) Regulations of 2012. TADB functions under a Development Finance Institution license (No. 002) issued by the Bank of Tanzania on August 4, 2015.

Job Opportunity: Driver II (2 Positions – Zanzibar & Dar es Salaam)
Job Overview TADB is looking for competent and dependable individuals to fill the role of Driver II. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide safe and efficient transportation services while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and compliance with road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate TADB vehicles to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure the vehicle and any assigned equipment or tools are properly maintained and safeguarded.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in excellent condition at all times.
- Promptly report any mechanical issues or malfunctions for timely repairs.
- Handle document dispatch, mail collection, and photocopying as required.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, recording all travel details appropriately.
- Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and address minor mechanical issues when necessary.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support smooth operations across departments.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a Secondary or Advanced Secondary School Education Certificate.
- Possess a valid Class C or E driving license and have completed a Basic Driving Course.
- A minimum of one (1) year of accident-free driving experience.
