Role Overview
At Ab InBev we are currently looking for a dedicated professional who will be responsible for overseeing stock management, verification, dispatch and receiving processes. As a checker you will ensure accuracy in inventory, processing invoices, handling POS payments including actively participating in safety and inventory control routines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance
✔ Maintaining clean and organized workspace basing on housekeeping standards
✔ Using personal protective equipment as per safety guidelines
✔ Following all safety and environmental regulations
✔ Reporting and taking action on any non-compliance issues
2. Stock Quality Management
✔ Applying First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principles so that to maintain stock rotation standards
✔ Conducting quality checks on packaging before loading
✔ Performing daily stock counts by using handheld device
✔ Generating variance reports so that to resolve discrepancies
✔ Maintaining clear communication with inventory and warehouse teams
3. Inventory and Logistics Coordination
✔ Ensuring smooth loading and unloading of vehicles production lines
✔ Verifying and completing all documentation accurately
✔ Communicating effectively with stakeholders in commercial, credit, logistics and with inventory teams
✔ Processing internal stock movements during transfers, breakages and issues on the ERP system
✔ Performing actual truck counts so that to confirm quantities
✔ Accurately recording returned stock before unloading
✔ Participating in the stock deviation investigations and propose improvements
4. Reporting and Data Management
✔ Updating and tracking stock age compliance (FIFO/FEFO)
✔ Monitoring and reporting digital journey and stock adherence
✔ Maintaining full pallet check reports and updating refusal logs
✔ Ensuring POS reports and ensuring are accurate and complete

What are We Looking For
✅ Education: Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
✅ Experience: Candidate able to operate a double handler forklift with valid license
✅ Skills: Able to use Computer and digital stock count device is added advantage
✅ Personal Qualities:
- Candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Candidate with excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
- Self motivated candidate with good time management
