POSITION: Guest Experience Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee budget, forecasting, staff performance and regulatory compliance
- Managing inventory, purchasing and ensure good safety standards
- Development and implementation policies, procedures and training programs
- Conducting regular inspections and ensure high standards of service
- Foster positive work environment and motivate staff
- Collaboration with other departments and contribute to the development of hotel

Qualification
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in F&B operations and management
- Excellent communication skills in English with additional languages a plus
- In depth knowledge of budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Committed to guest satisfaction and a passion for the hospitality
