Call for Training at Tanzania Immigration – February 2025
The General Commissioner of Immigration/ Uhamiaji has officially released the list of candidates that are selected to join Tanzania Immigration Training in February 2025. If you have been shortlisted it is your time to prepare and ensure you report to the designated training centers on time.
Reporting Dates and Locations
- Tanzania Mainland Candidates:
- Training Center: Trainings will be carried out at Raphael Kubaga Immigration Training College
- Training Location: At Boma Kichakamiba, Mkinga District, Tanga Region Tanzania
- Reporting Date: Requred to Report on Saturday, March 1, 2025
- Reporting Time: Between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- If you arrive late you will not be accepted.
- Zanzibar Candidates:
- Training Center: Traimings will be conducted at Southern Unguja Immigration Office (Tunguu)
- Reporting Date: You will report on Monday, February 24, 2025
- Reporting Time: 8:00 AM sharp

Documents Required at the Training
All candidates are required to bring the original copies of the following documents below:
✅ Birth Certificate
✅ National ID (NIDA) or NIDA Number
✅ Academic Certificates (O-Level, A-Level, or Degree)
✅ Professional Certificates (if applicable)
Items to Bring for Training
Health and Medical Requirements
- Tsh 50,400 for health insurance for candidates who doesn’t have don’t valid health card
- Tsh 25,000 for a medical checkup
Personal and Training Supplies
- 2 Black or dark blue tracksuits
- 2 Pairs of sports shoes any color
- 3 Sets of smart casual clothes
- 4 Blue bedsheets
- 1 Pillow and 2 blue pillowcases
- 1 Blue mosquito net
- 4 Large notebooks (4QRs)
- 1 Metal trunk
- 2 Plastic buckets (10L and 20L)
- 2 Park blue round-neck t-shirts
- 1 Pair of rain boots
- 1 Towel
- 1 Pair of sandals
Cleaning and Hygiene Tools Required are;
- Hoe and handle
- Machete
- Rake
- Slash cutter
💡 Note: All these items can also be purchased at the training college if needed.
Important Considerations
✔ Transport Costs: All Candidates will cover their own transportation expenses.
✔ Medical Checkup: A health examination will be required before training, therefore candidates with medical conditions that could interfere with training will not be accepted.
