The factory now holds more than 69.25% of shares through Scancem International DA with the General public of the Tanzania that currently holds 30% of all shares. The factory holds the History that remind us of its first cement bag in the history of the company since 1960 at Wazo Hill, but the company was nationalised in the 1998 because of development events.
