Dangote Cement Plc is currently hiring for process Engineer/ CCR Operator to join their working team in Production department in Mtwara, Tanzania. As selected candidate you will be controlling different stages of the cement manufacturing process from Central Control Room
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring and controlling plants operations such as crusher, raw mills, kiln and cement mills
Guiding patrollers and field operators to maintain smooth and safe production.
Detecting, reporting and helping in resolving equipment failures or irregularities.
Maintaining accurate process logs and operational reports.
Supervising casual workers to ensure cleanliness and prevent conveyor jams.
Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting upgrades to the automation systems.
Working together with engineers and shift coordinators to achieve production targets.
