Tanzania Empowerment Forum (TEF) is currently hiring looking for Human resources Manager to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Leading recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.
- Managing payroll and statutory obligations.
- Designing and delivering employee training and development programs.
- Maintaining HR records and generating insightful reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related, Master’s degree is added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR, with 3+ years in labor relations and team management.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication skills
