Duties and Responsibilities
Leading and managing implementation of the Union’s vision and strategic goals.
Preparing and executing Union strategic and operational plans.
Supervising daily activities and departmental operations.
Ensuring proper use and management of resources within approved budgets
Providing regular reports to the Board and relevant authorities.
Approving payments and maintaining financial accountability.
Performing any additional duties as can be assigned by supervisor
Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Management, Economics, Agriculture, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related
Three years of working experience while two years in managerial position
