National Prosecutions Services (NPS) is currently hiring for Government Attorney to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prosecuting minor criminal cases
- Handling simple appeals in the High Court
- Drafting charge sheets, petitionsand legal documents
- Reviewing case files from investigation bodies
- Coordinating and supporting witnesses before and after court appearances
- Addressing public complaints concerning the prosecution office
- Conducting of legal research and compiling criminal case report

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Has completed Legal Practice Training from a recognized Law School
- Must be a Form IV or VI graduate
